All our ingredients are safe to use. We can proudly say that all our products are FDA approved.
Yes, our products are 100% cruelty free and have not been tested on any animals.
We do not manufacture our products for sole purpose of making them smell nice. Our goal is to provide a product that makes a difference. To achieve the desired product results, we must add ingredients that may not be best in fragrance. For example, our Fall Defense Onion Hair Oil has a strong smell, but it does an overly satisfying job in preventing hair fall and regaining strength. No wonder, it is one of our marquee products.

Every batch manufactured goes through rigorous testing and quality approvals before they are released to bottling process. We have multiple checks and balances in place to ensure that our customers receive excellent quality products.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation from us. Additionally, you can visit the My Account page for confirmed order numbers and tracking information.

warehouse is located in Thane, Maharashtra.

Yes, you can cancel an order through My Account page as long as it has not been dispatched.
Yes, you can checkout as a guest. All we need is an email address and phone number to send you updates about your order.

We accept all major forms of payment. Example: Net Banking, UPI, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Rupay, Phone Pe and many more widely used methods.
We only accept Amex for international cards. We are working towards accepting Visa and Mastercard for our international customers.
We offer a 100% secure payment process. All payments go thru Razorpay. We absolutely do not collect or store any information related to payments.

Our employees have been trained to make sure you receive the right products. However, if you receive wrong products, please write to us at care@trisque.com with your order ID and we will sort it out.
Our employees have been trained to pack orders in an efficient way to prevent damages during shipping. If you do receive damaged goods, please take a few pictures and send it to us at care@trisque.com and we will make it right for you.
All you need to do is pay the courier personnel the exact amount in cash and sign for delivery. That’s it. Please be mindful of the additional fees we charge for COD orders. Refer to Order section of FAQ for more details.
Our products are non-returnable due to hygiene/health and simply the nature of the product. If you do receive damaged goods, please take a few pictures and send it to us at care@trisque.com and we will make it right for you.

We offer discounts and promotions from time to time. Check out our website header for any ongoing promotions. Also, sign up for our newsletter to receive exclusive product updates along with discount codes.
Currently, we offer only one discount code during checkout. Feel free to use any codes you may have for future orders.
We offer free shipping for orders above Rs.699. Your order total must be over Rs.699 after discount code has been applied. We are unable to apply multiple discount codes to enable free shipping, as stated in our shipping policy.
